Sweater Ham Mountain

Sweater Ham Mountain
By Smackley

O'er the land this eagle soars free
through the twin peaks of Sweater Ham Mountain.
Many a day, a child like thee
life would spring forth, abound from this fountain.

Yet not a day has gone past, while thine eagle soars fast
without admiring the peaks of these mountain'.
A child of my past, with ship's staff at full mast
I'd plunder these shores, a young captain.

Now the taught of my skin, like the sails with no wind,
hangs and sags like the drape of a curtain.
Ages have past, while my ship's at half mast,
and the eagle's flight home is uncertain.

How I yearn for the comfort of lost.
Days spent at the twin peaks of Sweater Ham Mountain.
When this land was a girl who'eth neck full of pearls,
and life still thrust forth from this fountain!

A new poem

Pennies by Smackley

If the poor could find pennies, on the floor where there's many,
then the poor would be scouring our cities.
But when the poor with their pennies met the whore who'd take any,
the poor'd spent their pennies on titties.

Tit for tat. Whether skinny or fat,
They'd be spending them two at a time.
It's the tale of two titties, the poor of our cities
and a chest worth less than a dime.

If only beggers and gypsies, and drunkards who're tipsy,
then don't try to clean up those cities.
But make haste with the many, with handful of pennies
who scream out, "Bitch, show me your titties!"
